Important: All Deposits Are Non-Refundable
Once a deposit is collected by our sales representative and your contract is signed, the deposit is non-refundable. Please review all terms before making any payment.
How Deposits Work
Sales Representative Visit
Our sales representative meets with you to discuss your roofing needs and provide a quote.
Contract Review
If you decide to proceed, you will review and sign a contract that outlines all terms, including the deposit and refund policy.
Deposit Collection
Our sales representative collects the deposit directly. This deposit secures your project scheduling and initiates material ordering.
Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
All deposits collected are non-refundable once your contract is signed.
Why deposits are non-refundable:
- Your deposit reserves crew time and scheduling priority
- Materials specific to your project may be ordered immediately
- Administrative and permitting processes begin upon deposit
- Other customers may be turned away to accommodate your project
Deposit Collection Process
Deposits are collected by our sales representatives. As stated in your contract:
"The deposit is collected by the sales representative on behalf of Triguard Home Services LLC. The customer acknowledges that upon signing this agreement and providing the deposit, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Triguard Home Services LLC is not responsible for any representations made outside of this written contract."
All terms, conditions, and policies are contained within your signed contract. Please ensure you read and understand the entire contract before signing.

State Law Cancellation Rights
Some states provide a 3-day right to cancel certain home improvement contracts. If applicable in your state, this right will be explained in your contract. The 3-day cancellation period, where it applies, begins when you sign the contract and receive required cancellation forms. Contact us immediately if you wish to exercise this right within the applicable timeframe.
